Eco Farm Day 2025 is delivered in partnership with COG-OSO, Just Food, and Kemptville Campus.

Golden Sun Sponsor $2500 (includes HST). This sponsorship level includes:

Preferential trade show exhibit space
4 event passes including organic lunch
Opportunity to address the audience before keynote and/or at the beginning of a sponsored session
Logo to appear on our website & in our program (please send high quality logo to ecofarmday@cog.ca)
Opportunity to include materials in our digital post-event participant package
Covers entry fee for 2 new farmers to attend Eco Farm Day 2025

Silver Star Sponsor $1500 (includes HST) This sponsorship level includes:

Preferential trade show exhibit space
3 event passes including organic lunch
Logo to appear on our website & in our program (please send high quality logo to ecofarmday@cog.ca)
Opportunity to include materials in our digital post-event participant package
Covers entry fee for 1 new farmer to attend Eco Farm Day 2025

Green Earth Supporter $100 and up

This sponsorship level is for supporting organisations who wish to support Eco Farm Day and the local, organic sector, but do not desire a trade show exhibit space, nor a ticket to attend (and for Exhibitors who wish to further support this event)
Opportunity to include materials in our digital post-event participant package

Exhibitor $350 (includes HST) This sponsorship level includes:

Trade show exhibit space (8ft x 8ft booth – please inquire if extra space requested)
1 event pass including organic lunch
Option to add 1 additional discounted day pass for $50+HST including organic lunch, for folks not attending breakout sessions (you will hear keynote).
Exhibitors are also encouraged to upgrade by adding on the Green Earth Supporter package, at an additional amount of your choosing, to further support Eco Farm Day 2025
